When I was a child, I loved drawing all kinds of rabbits. I like that they are gentle, non-aggressive, and easy to touch. The rabbit has become a symbol of me.

When I grew up, I felt that my definition of a rabbit was different. The rabbits in the movie "us" are held in a small narrow cage, they are all a microcosm of our urban people. I am deeply touched by this. We are all squeezed into the narrow space of a city in order to survive. They are independent individuals, helpless but living different lives. This is us.
